I have spent my career working in environments where leadership is measured not by position, but by the difference it makes to people's lives. That principle lies at the heart of my commitment to this charity and to the children we serve in the UK, rural Ghana, Jamaica, and communities across the world.

My professional background spans both the corporate and education sectors, where I have led complex programmes requiring strong governance, accountability, and responsible stewardship of resources. At BT, I managed major strategic projects that delivered measurable outcomes and earned the trust of senior leadership. This experience shaped my approach to leadership: ensuring resources are used wisely, decisions are transparent, and promises translate into meaningful action. These are values that are essential when supporters and funders place their confidence in us.

I later brought this strategic focus into the education sector, leading initiatives across three Further Education colleges to improve student retention and achievement. Working closely with educators and support teams, I saw first-hand how stability, encouragement, and access to basic support can transform a child's ability to learn and succeed.

As Director, I am deeply committed to supporting underprivileged children through education and holistic care. Our work with orphanage homes and vulnerable communities in rural Ghana and Jamaica focuses on meeting essential needs, including access to nutritious food, basic medical supplies, and safe, supportive learning environments.
